TORTILLAS
For me, cooking’s not a chore, it’s a passion. Which is why I love experimenting with ingredients like
world Oven’s Tortillas. Today I am making ranch egg tortillas with refried beans accompanied with a
poached egg and avocado salad.
TALK THROUGH THE COOKING PROCESS: EG:
Heat olive oil and fry spring onions and beans until hot, then mash with a fork. Combine chopped
jalapenos, red onion, parsley and swirl through oil. Warm World Oven tortillas (mention ideal
oven temp) and spoon over re-fried beans, top with a poached egg and garnish with a spoonful of
jalapeno salsa. Muy bueno!
This recipe is perfect for a midweek meal, or for entertaining with friends.

Firstly Marinate chicken in half the olive oil, garlic salt and herbs .sear until golden and cooked
through. Meanwhile combine carrot, spring onion, chilli, sultanas, then whip up a dressing with the
other half of the oil, lemon juice and zest and sweet honey and toss together.

And the best part – it’s simple, and quick.
PANINI’S
The World Oven specialty bread range offers something to please everyone in the family – like this
smoked chicken and cous cous pita with yoghurt sauce, or this chunky tuna wrap – but today I am
going to show you how to make a Toasted Italiano Panini with rocket and peperonata.
TALK THROUGH THE COOKING PROCESS: EG:
Slice the Panini lengthways so they open like a book, and stuff them with the roasted vegetables and
sliced tomato. The rocket and peperonata combine beautifully in this wonderful Panini .
Finish with cheese and basil leaves. Spray Panini with oil and grill on a pre-heated hot plate, BBQ or
Panini press, until hot and grilled.
Simply add your favourite meat for a tasty alternative.
